Every order leaves from our garden in Eupilio, on Lake Como, packed by hand by the two of us. We ship to almost every country in the world.

Preparing your order

Most orders leave the same day they arrive, and never more than two working days later. When your parcel ships, you receive the tracking number by email.

Shipping costs

The exact cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the size of the parcel. As a guide:

  • Italy: up to about €10
  • Europe: about €15–20
  • United States and the rest of the world: from about €35–40, depending on the destination

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery by your country’s customs. These are paid by the buyer.

Our trees

Our trees do not travel by courier. You choose them in person at the garden: write to us and we will arrange a visit.

Returns

If something is not right, we want to know.

Damaged, faulty or not as described. Write to us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the piece and the packaging. We pay for the return and refund or replace the piece, whichever you prefer.

You changed your mind. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The piece must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. In this case the return shipping is at your expense.

In both cases we refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the piece back.

One-of-a-kind pieces (suiseki, ceramics, artifacts) follow the same rules. We simply ask you to pack them as carefully as we did.

How to start a return

Email info@bonsaigers.com with your order number and a few words on what happened. We reply with the return address and the next steps, usually within one working day.

Payments

We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by WooPayments and PayPal: we never see or store your card details.
