The second edition.

The first one proved the idea worked. The second had to prove it wasn’t luck.

In 2022 the entries came from twenty countries, and the bracket started to look like what it is now: growers who would never meet in person, put next to each other and judged on the tree alone.

Andrei Darusenkov won again, this time with an elm — still the only person to have taken the tournament twice.

A2, printed in Italy on recycled birch paper, in a limited run. Sold unframed.
